(1) The installments for the payment of principal and interest of the loan shall be as determined by the investing institution considering the nature of the loan.
(2) If the principal and interest are not paid by misusing the loan without acting according to the purpose and purpose for which the loan was taken, the principal and interest will be collected from the borrower according to the prevailing law.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the borrower who abuses the loan will be kept in the credit information center and will be dealt with like a bad debtor, not giving a passport.
